Knowledge Management Of Ideological And Political Work Team For College Students

Knowledge Management (KM), which treats knowledge as the important management resource of organizations, the share knowledge as goals, and the enhancement of the organization's strength in competition as strategies, is a significant new management thinking to improve instant contingency abilities constantly.In this paper, in order to improve the efficiency of the Ideological and Political Work Team for College Students (IPWTCS), the management thought of KM is led into the practice of IPWTCS. The definition of KM of IPWTCS is given on the basis of the targets, and the characteristics of IPWTCS. The function and effect of KM of IPWTCS is analyzed, and the characters and the implementation impediments in existence, compared to other kinds of KM, are pointed out. The ways to implement KM of IPWTCS are discussed from five aspects---the construction of learning organizations, the practice communities, knowledge maps and the benchmarking process and the design and operation of the stimulation mechanisms, referring to the optimal practice cases of the domestic and foreign KM. And finally the framework of the KM System of IPWTCS is designed. The development and management of knowledge is realized through this KMS under the function of the four modules---collection and processing, storage and accumulation, share and communication, application and creation towards knowledge.KM of IPWTCS is not only the application of the KM thinking, but the conception and exploration of the application models of KM.
