It ought to be said that the activities of Knowledge Management in education have come into being with education itself. As a result of the comprehensive application of Information Technology (IT) to education, education has been renovated thoroughly. The activities of Knowledge Management in education have to meet the requirements of the informatization education environment.On the base of the analysis of the correlative researches, this paper tries to probe into the practice of Knowledge Management in E_education.There are four sections: the first section is a brief introduction on Knowledge Management, such as the background, the definition and the meaning. Section II is the connotation of E_educational Knowledge Management This part analyzes the concept, contents, essentials and meanings of E_educational Knowledge Management Then, we elicit the third section, that is the discussion of "How to practice" if we pat Knowledge Management into execution. We bring forward a feasible strategy, and give a detailed statement of how to practice Knowledge Management as an individual, or a school or mutual schools, and we think that teachers and students should do it by themselves, and go ahead in a proper sequence, in order to achieve success step by step. The last section is the design of educational Knowledge Management system. We conceive a model of the system, and illuminate the function of every module. At the end of the paper, we summarize the shortages of our design, in order to facilitate the practice of E_educational Knowledge Management can be carried out effectually and earnestly.
