Curriculum issue is a forever question for discussion in education. At the beginning of 21th century, a new round of curriculum reform have been branched out, in which history curriculum reform is no exception and made major strides. In the new round of reform on the history curriculum, we have explored history curriculum reform constantly in order to construct new history curriculum system that can accord with characteristic of history subject,help foster students' development and adapt to updating of social needs. We are dedicated to this even if there is only a little prominent achievements, because we all know that these achievements can play very important roles in deepening history curriculum reform,accelerating produce talent and realizing the culture-and-education function of history curriculum.The paper falls into three sections logically. The first section related in brief the achievements and questions left over in the new round of curriculum reform. The second section discourse upon how to construct "consistent system" history course in three aspects:curriculum construction basis,curriculum system,curriculum characteristic. The third section is mainly about answering questions about constructing "consistent system" history curriculum that may popped out by readers by means of self-allegation.Based on the culture-and-education function of history curriculum,the development of educational psychology and structuralism curriculum and constructivism curriculum theory, the paper explored on constructing "consistent system" history curriculum in four school stages in six aspects.
