With the enrollment of secondary vocational schools, the expansion of secondary vocational schools, teaching staff is also increasing. But in the short term are still unable to build up a student-teacher ratio coordination, professional and rational structure, full-time teaching staff, external teachers to become teachers in the staff strength of one of the main force. But for teachers in the management of the external force and management practices are not advancing with the times, there are still many problems to be solved.Papers to total quality management, human resources management and hierarchy of needs-based, defines the external teachers in secondary vocational schools, related concepts, drawing on the results of national researchers, study abroad experience in the successful management of vocational schools. In order to grasp the characteristics of the external groups of teachers to understand their teaching quality and school management situation, the author through questionnaires and interviews, in Chengdu, 10 vocational schools in a field survey carried out for external teachers basic information, employment status, work status, and the views of the school management; students external evaluation of teachers were studied and analyzed; understanding of the school administrators in the management system is implemented in the current situation, confusing, and Improvement.
