With the development of new curriculum reform,experimental teaching is required to be valued by the state.At present,China's educational reform has entered the era of core literacy.Exploratory experiment is considered to have the unique value of cultivating students' core literacy.Therefore,we should pay more attention to the teaching of biology exploratory experiments.However,restricted by various conditions,the exploratory experimental teaching of biology also has some problems.Only by finding and overcoming the existing problems and optimizing the exploratory experimental teaching process,can we truly achieve the goal of core literacy cultivation.Literature research method,questionnaire survey method and educational experiment method were used in this study.First of all,the study of junior middle school students and the teaching of teachers in biological exploratory experiments were investigated.The results show that the students lack of learning autonomy and independent thinking of each link of the exploratory experiment.Teachers do not have an accurate understanding of the core literacy that biology teaching in junior middle school should help students develop.The overall grasp of the implementation of core literacy is not accurate enough,and teachers are faced with difficulties in cultivating students' core literacy.In view of the above problems,this paper formulated the strategy of biological exploratory experiment teaching design,including the selection of biological exploratory experiment content,the formulation of biological exploratory experiment teaching objectives,the design of experiment teaching process and experiment teaching evaluation.According to the developed teaching design strategy,on the basis of studying the exploratory experiments in junior middle school biology textbooks,in order to better cultivate students' core literacy,the exploratory experiments in junior high school biology were innovated or improved,and the experimental teaching case was designed.Finally,in order to test the effectiveness and maneuverability of the teaching strategies,exploratory experimental teaching practices were carried out in the experimental class and the control class.The teaching effects of the experimental class and the control class were evaluated by the final examination results of the two classes,the test scores of the exploratory experiment and learning effect survey.The results show that students of the experimental class are not only better than those of the control class in terms of final exam scores,but also better than those of the control class in terms of various dimensions of core literacy,according to the test questions and the results of the learning effect survey.Therefore,the instructional design strategies developed in this study can be used to conduct instructional design and implementation of exploratory experiments,which can better develop students' core literacy.It is proved that the relevant strategies proposed in this study are feasible and helpful to teaching and the development of junior middle school students' core literacy.
