With the rapid development of information technology and internet technology, the emerging of E-learning provides a new learning model and environment to education. The E-learning environment provides abundant of learning resources. However, the application of E-learning will lead to facilitation and efficiency in time and space to student learning, and make individualization of middle school student learning possible. The application of E-learning in middle school education areas is just at beginning, and it provides a unique new line of thought to middle school courses reform. Comparing with traditional E-learning environment, the organization of learning resources for middle school should be more reasonable and flexible, which is determined by the characteristics of the content of basic education. At the same time, feedback of student's learning by monitoring and tracking is necessary, through which can adjust and improve the learning plan to achieve personalized learning.This article puts forward a middle school oriented constructivism web learning model, designs and finalizes constructivism web learning system. The system provides an efficient, open, flexible and standardized platform for middle school web study. The design and implementation of this system is based on MOODLE, which is an open source framework. Currently the constructive web learning system is adopted in certain middle school in Shanghai and has received excellent result.The innovative value of the article lies in:1. It raises a middle school oriented constructivism web learning model. This model transformed the role and the effect of teachers and students in the learning process. The constructivism web learning model is built by the area of learning content, learning environment and learning navigation. It solves many problems, such as lacking of monitoring of the learner's learning process, the improvement of learning contents and the feedback of learning outcomes.2. It researches target oriented knowledge point division method, rationally organizes the resource base, realize the horizontal connection and vertical crossway within the knowledge system, tones up the whole knowledge system of the courses, which make organizing and accessing to the learning resource library more convenient.3. It makes research on SCORM standard. The system realizes the organization of learning resources based on knowledge point which using SCORM Content Packaging technology. However, it realizes SCORM Run-Time Environment to supporting the communication between the SCORM learning resources and the learning management system.4. It designs and implements the constructivism web learning system. The navigation management module realizes the trace of the student's learning process by SCORM data model, which makes navigation more efficient. The assignment management module realizes automatic layout and marking.
