The secondary education research work began in the 1980s, more than 30 years, through the efforts of all levels of education and scientific research institutions, secondary education and scientific research work has made considerable progress. However, today most of our education research work in secondary schools, is still in an inefficient state. The inefficiency mainly come from three aspects. First, schools and teachers do not have a clear understanding for secondary education research, for example, secondary schools cannot have the correct positioning education scientific research, identity of teachers in education scientific research work is not enough recognition. Second, the way of schools and teachers engaged in education scientific research has problems. Such as the difficulty and the quantity of research work, and how to make research. Third, the construction for secondary education scientific research environment is not perfect, schools did not form a good education scientific research atmosphere, leading to difficult to successfully carry out research activities. These three aspects of the problem has been more or less exists in all secondary schools. Through research, author believe that the cause of this problem is the inefficiency of secondary education scientific research system. Secondary education scientific research system design flaws and there are difficulties in implementation. Therefore, we will study the system of secondary education scientific research, to find that today’s secondary school education scientific research system problems and the way to improve.For studying the system of secondary education scientific research, this research selects JB, JK two secondary schools, conducted a survey of its education scientific research system and teachers education scientific research behavior. In system analysis, through text analysis and comparative analysis, the authors found that two secondary school education scientific research system are in a phase of continuous improvement. But there is still existing not a clear requirement of educational research, education and scientific research work overload, lack of incentives, lack of attention to school degree, school support is too small and other issues. In analyzing the behavior of teachers in research, the teachers and administrators were interviewed, while a survey of teachers. In the survey, the author found that the emerging issues in the system, does have a certain reflected in teachers behavior. Teachers have too much work pressure, inadequate attitude seriously in education scientific research work, work positioning of educational research is not clear, some teachers even for requirements in education scientific research work are in doubt. Secondary education scientific research system inefficiencies do exist, and its problems can be summarized as schools and teachers spirits, teachers behavior, schools support the three aspects. So the secondary education scientific research system does need further improve and enhance its efficiency.Through research and analysis of the school’s investigation,. The author believes that improving the secondary education scientific research system needs to be improved from the formal system, the informal system and institution building system the three ways. In the formal system, Schools should promote school-based research, applied research, a team of researchers, the system should be designed to be more responsibilities clear text, the task to meet the actual level of teachers. While providing the appropriate scientific support for teachers. In the informal system. Respond more attention to education and scientific research, strengthen advocacy efforts, build a good secondary education research culture. On the construction of the system, not the pursuit of one step, there must be a way to improve the development, construction, research and secondary education system into a system. By improving these three aspects, secondary education research will move towards a more efficient and development path.
