Early children left behind in rural area are those who are left in rural areas while their parents have gone out to look for work, further more, they need other relatives'look after. The large Quantity, Great impacts , components of complex and difficult to resolve and other reasons have caused the country, the government and the community attached great importance, kinds of studies have begun in full swing, and has begun to take shape. But a lot of studies only limited to school-age children left for the object, while for remaining in rural areas of preschool children and school-age children's attention and research has relatively few. However, preschool is the stage of a human life from physical and mental development, it is the key to a lifetime of growth, the adult what kind of development more dependent on their children's foundation of the situation. Most of Children who have been left behind will have some bad behavior of bias, greater incidence of psychological problems, and there are different degrees of difficulties and problems in their social development.Therefore, this article use the research methods of questionnaires, visits , talks and cases to study Education problems of early children left behind in rural area ,who live in the three poor countries of Hebei Province; In the background of social transformation, a large number of farmers working out, to descript the education status and the various problems of early children left-behind who live in the three poor counties of Hebei Province, including family educational backwardness, kindergarten education is not in place issues, social education and guidance bias problem. Furthermore, analyze the cause of the problems from the state, society, kindergartens and families, in order to call attentions of national governments and relevant departments, and draw in-depth study. Finally, of the early children left behind in rural area in education existing problems and reasons for, put forward a number of final solutions to solve current problems.
