Along with the rapid development of China’s market economy, the industrialization and urbanization process accelerated, two yuan of social economic structure is also facing challenges. Reform and opening up in the country, the process of transition from planned economy to market economy, city economy obtained the rapid development, resulting in a large number of labor demand, on the contrary, the agricultural economic development is lagging behind, a large number of rural surplus labor force to flow into the city, to alleviate the pressure of survival, migration, increase income.Provisions of the household registration system two yuan of economic system and the derivative of a series of policies, to the children of migrant workers in city life, learning barriers, migrant workers because of education, skill level is low, the bottom most of them live in the city, engaged in dirty and tired of work, low income, unstable work, very difficult to bear the high cost of children in the city life, learning, and left behind a large number of rural production. This large group of children has become the object of particular concern. These children left behind in rural areas is in a critical period of growth and development, but the situation is not optimistic, the environment. But rural left-behind children tens of millions of people, whether they can grow up healthily, can all-round development, is not only a matter of left-behind children their own destiny, but also related to the future development of China’s rural family and the fate of the realization of justice, and the social harmonious society.In this paper,investigation of the present situation of education of the children left behind in rural areas based on the Wanan County Rural Left-behind children, describes the present situation and the existence question, and analyzes the causes of the problems, and put forward the countermeasure research. The full text is divided into 6 chapters, the first chapter is the introduction. An overview of the background and significance of the research, related research review, research content and framework, research ideas and methods; the second chapter defines the related concepts and introduces the theoretical basis of the study; the third chapter analysis of children’s education status quo and existing prominent problems left behind in rural areas of Jiangxi Province, a case study in Wanan County, according to the survey data analysis, the basic situation of children’s education problems of left behind rural Wan’an County, main methods and Inspiration of Wanan County Local; the fourth chapter is the analysis of the causes of producing Jiangxi left-behind children education problems; the fifth chapter put forward to solve the problem of left-behind children in Jiangxi Province, the countermeasures and measures from the political, economic, cultural perspective. The sixth chapter is the conclusion and outlook section, on the main contents of this paper are summarized and the prospect. Rural left-behind children education is a complex project, needs the joint efforts of the state, the aspects of society, community, school, family, work together to build social care, support system and network system, the elimination of the education problems of left behind children, promote children’s healthy growth and all-round development.
