After the reform and opening up, China’s rapid economic development, with the acceleration of the process of the city, a large number of migrant workers go to cities. Them has made an invaluable contribution for China’s economic development, but also appear numerous social phenomenon:rural issues, stay for the elderly, women left behind, children left behind. Children left behind appear in China because of economic restructuring and rural dual economic structure, their parents work outside the home, forced by economic conditions, institutional and urban-rural residence restrictions etc, had to let the children stay in the residence where other guardians to care. According to relevant statistics of the current number of left-behind children has reached58million. The number of children left behind in Anhui Province has reached nearly500million. A large number of groups of children left behind, there is a problem affecting many children left behind development. The research mainly around Suzhou Lingbi children left education in the center. In-depth local visits, the use of observation, interviews, literature on the educational status of children left behind in-depth understanding. Found that local educational problems of children left behind are:First, the level of economic development of the local forces behind the cause behind children of migrant parents appear. Second, the slow development of boarding schools, the affected funds correctional staff, parents and community recognition and so on. Third, the lack of a sound family life affected the healthy development of children left behind. Fourth, improper evaluation of schools of education, teachers easily lead to "left-behind children "psychological problems. Fifth, the negative social environment will affect "left-behind children" healthy growth. Of the problems in-depth analysis on the basis of suggestions put forward:First, the development of the rural economy is the key to solving the problem of left-behind children’s education. Second, to increase investment in boarding schools, be included in the budget, funds from various sources. Third, parents contact mechanism innovation, improve guardian tending methods. Fourth, improve teaching, management, discipline and explore new training mode. Fifth, strengthen social management, to create a healthy growth of children left behind in favor of a social atmosphere. Such countermeasures in order to be able to stay for local problems to solve children’s education so as to promote the healthy development of the local left-behind children’s education.
