From the middle of the 20th century, all the countries start to develop education energetically, especially basic education. With the development of education, the importance of teachers'qualities has been raised. So the pre-education of the teaching occupation starts to be noticed. In our country, the teachers'specialization and new lessons'innovation have been pushed completely. So how to improve the teachers'quality is the focus of our teachers' education and research. Among all the elements of the teachers'quality, teaching occupation's curriculum is the key element.After this background, this paper is according to the teaching curriculum of'middle school students'biology experiment and teaching research' from science college of East China Normal University. This curriculum's aims are to standardize and improve students' experiment skills. Exert and train students'research skills and innovation spirits. It incarnates East China Normal University features and what the students need from it.In this paper, I collect and analyze the domestic and overseas teaching researchers'works about teaching, curriculum settle, curriculum build, and the pre-education of the teaching occupation, experiment teaching and research. I also combine the existed research of'Middle school students' biology experiment and teaching research' to confirm this research's direction. I also make a survey form the undergraduates of 2005 class and 2006 class about 'Middle school students'biology experiment and teaching research'. Make a research about East China Normal University's settle up, existed problems and needs. And I also do the questionnaire to other related normal universities'teachers about it through e-mail. With this, I understand their circumstance about it and collect some useful experience. The second term of 2009,1 work as the teaching assistant to involve in this course. In the process, I use many ways to analyze the data, such as intervention observation, questionnaire and so on. With all of these, I set up comparatively complete course project. This project includes this course's teaching outline, self-made experimental teaching material and experimental book.The curriculum of'Middle school students'biology experiment and teaching research' has achieved basically. New'Middle school students' biology experiment and teaching research' has better arrangement and more logical orientation. And it constructs a set of complete course scheme. And the scheme includes this course's teaching outline, self-made experimental teaching material and experimental book, which are all very practical. In the construction process of'Middle school students' biology experiment and teaching research', I get great experience. The research of action is the useful way to enforce the courses' revolution and research. And good cooperative relations could guarantee the course revolution and research. The course revolution is the process of studying with the students. Meanwhile this course also focuses on the students'experiment skills and the teachers'teaching skills. The ways of evaluation would be various and we would pay more attention to feedbacks. And this course needs further advice about construction.
