With the background of new reform on curriculum, more effective style of learning or teaching directly decides the result of reform. As the "senior high school Chinese course standard(experimental)" goes: More preferable study environment and wider space for growing up should be guaranteed to promote student's development of specialty and personality. To realize these requirements, we must attach importance to the main body status and individualization of students in classroom and emphasize the effective dialogue of senior high school language classroom instruction.Admittedly, series of problems existing in teaching may be concerned through review the current status of new curricular dialogue teaching of Chinese dialogue works as application of teaching instrument or method and the teaching course scare of principle and essence of dialogue usually reflect the unified characteristic. However, some teachers may neglect the spirit and gist of dialogue but merely seek for the lively appearance, which engendered our alarm and reflexion.Therefore, we should keep sober mind and be vigilant with the false or invalid dialogue despite of the vigorous appearance. With a profound reflective thinking, at the same time we need to pay attention to what should we do during teaching process, thus, to break the level of jollification and invalidity. Consequently, the equality, collaboration, interdependence can be incarnated in the interactive teaching course in deed, which promote the development of intelligence and realization of ultimate worth. Therefore, as teachers on current position, we feel necessary to scan and probe into the effective dialogue teaching and construct scientific Chinese dialogue teaching system.The inherence, dynamics and openness of effective dialogue adhere to the practical situation of student. The difference of effective dialogue teaching lay more stress on the course of obtaining knowledge, student attitude or value opinion and taste of life. As the inductor, audient and cooperator of dialogue, the teacher should develop together with students.Effective dialogue teaching of senior high school is to highlight the validity of Chinese classroom dialogue, namely, with the object of life development, reasonably coordinate the relations among teacher, student and text, unfold the efficient communication and explore the potential of teachers and students and quest for humane Chinese teaching procedure. The feature of effective dialogue lie in: democracy equality, collaboration, development, creation, generation,knowledge and culture being equally valued. The fundamental logos of effective dialogue teaching include attending to construction of life, quest of dynamics generation, regression of live world, embodying the game spirit. In our research, document analysis incorporated with practical teaching cases to explore how to generate an effective dialogue from the perspectives of strategy of object design, topic design and execution course.
