The education of Information Literacy to the vocational school students is an important component of secondary vocational education's goal. The successful education of information literacy should go with the better structure of society, family, school and the teacher's information literacy, and beautiful harmony of society, families, schools, teachers build a successful information literacy environment, also to ensure the implementation of information literacy education at or close to the ideal marks a decisive state. Therefore, in the promotion process of information literacy education, the goal of information literacy education for greater social, family, school, teacher information literacy environment build highly on information literacy will be more conducive to the implementation of educational activities and collection of the real effective.Currently, countries in the world are active in information technology education, training and improve their information literacy has become an important part of information technology education goals. In contrast to Western countries for information literacy education, information literacy education in China is just beginning. Although there are education researchers and teachers have actively carried out research in this area, but relatively speaking, we have more theoretical and empirical analysis, less empirical researches. The different ages, different areas, features and information literacy of students is different from the situation, only grasp the information literacy in the characteristics of vocational students scientifically and comprehensively, know the problems in information literacy's education of vocational school students, can we targeted for information literacy education research, to improve the effectiveness of education. Based on this, this study view the vocational school students as the main object of study, discussed the vocational school students' information literacy training and how to improve it.Firstly, we use of literature study on information literacy at home and abroad studies, summarized and analyzed, clarify the necessity of survey and research to the level of information literacy of students. Then the concept of information literacy and characteristics were analyzed and summarized, on this basis, according to China's national conditions, the study results, the author elaborated China's current vocational school students to information literacy requirement. And the use of survey research on the Taian City, the status of information literacy and vocational school students were investigated through in-depth analysis of our school staff and students in information literacy training course in information literacy problems. Put forward new ideas to strengthen the external environment of information technology to enhance information literacy teachers, to fully carry out information technology related courses and strengthen the family, education, environment and other social information to improve student information literacy in the grade of recommendations countermeasures, and summed up a secondary vocational training model of student information literacy plan.The innovative aspect of this research: according to the investigation and questionnaire about information accomplishment of secondary vocational school students in the penman's design, through the spot check and research about information accomplishment of present situation from the students and teachers of Shandong transportation school, we have a more profound understanding about the existed problem about the present situation of the students'and teachers'information accomplishment. Emphasizing on analyzing the tactics of prompting the students'information accomplishment, it includes: changing the conception, confirming the training target; strengthening the conformity of courses, optimizing professional teaching; constructing favorable campus information environment ;emphasizing on common participation of family and society.
