Inquiry-based learning emphasize that students should choose a problem in biological area or in real life as a breakthrough . During this inquiry- based learning process, students use question to find problems; investigation, analysis and discussion to solve problems; communication and expression to obtain knowledge, stimulate interest, grasps the procedure and method. Teacher's teaching method must be beneficial to promote students' learning style and make them establish the cognitive structure of biology on their own initiative. On the basis of a full exposition of the theory, this article lay special emphasis on biological experiment class reform in the countryside junior middle school. This article mainly discuss three aspects: the inquiry learning carrier, exploratory learning classroom mode, exploratory learning classroom assessment. It has been approved that the application of this study in biological experiment teaching in the countryside junior middle school can make students get more actively biological scientific knowledge, learn scientific process and experience of scientific methods, improve the relations between teachers and students, and the students' ability to cooperate Meanwhile, this study is also an effective approach to better realizing inquiry-based learning.
