Community education in recent years has been widely advocated and used a way to improve the quality of all the members of the community and quality of life and the achievement of community development, education activities and processes. Community Education is to achieve a comprehensive system of lifelong education the necessary means and ways. Community Education makes up for lack of modern school education system, but also makes the people and communities has been fully developed. Community education is a special form of education, and his functioning subject to conditions of social reality. Therefore, a certain social reality needs to be able to establish the appropriate community education mode. In rural areas, as China's economic and social development, an important step in the development of community education in rural communities is to comprehensively building a moderately prosperous society in rural areas an important means. Therefore, the establishment of rural community education models, to create learning-oriented rural areas, the development of education in rural communities in our country the basic direction.Based on the sociology of education and rural communities, educational theory, through the access to a large number of literature, taking literature method, system analysis, questionnaire survey method in-depth understanding of the situation in rural areas, through the front-line data analysis, summed up the current development of education in their rural communities, status and problems of existing models, which targeted reform measures put forward.In this paper, including the basic theory of education in rural communities and rural community education, case studies of two parts. Rural communities, educational theory as a guide, the development of education in rural communities from the impact of the background factors that start with the development of education in rural communities, and practice to conduct a comprehensive analysis, including the rise of the practice of rural community education and development of education, the problems faced by rural communities, and rural trends in the development of community education. On this basis, proposing a phased step by step mode of education in rural communities, and how to implement community education in rural areas put forward concrete strategies and evaluation methods.
