Research On The Development Of New - Type Community Education In Rural Areas Of Qufu City

The new rural community education adheres to the concepts of people oriented and the sustainable development. There are a lot of education training activities for those who live in a community to establish learning atmosphere in the rural community with flexible means and social resource. As the core project in the construction of the new rural communities, the new rural community education can invigorate in the construction of the new rural communities, which is the key to build up a scientific and orderly community and the cornerstone of building learning society.First of all, this study explored the necessity of developing new rural community education in Qufu, based on the requirement and questions in the process of building up rural community education and adapting the current educational situation in rural communities to the reality, which is the theoretical foundation for the future study.Secondly, the research adopts the interview method to study the current situation, and then analyzes the interview outcomes. As a result, it was known that the rural community education in Qufu is with obvious and influential features. However, looking at the background of the construction of new rural community and the actual need of rural community residents, we found that there were insufficient practice, which might block the fully fulfill educational function. Therefore, it is necessary to eradicate the old and foster the new rural community education.Finally, based on the theories and related interview outcomes, combined with the current needs of Qufu city where the current educational policies should be modified, we got a proposal that the new rural community education in Qufu should be deeply implemented and promoted, with the experiences we have got from popularizing the rural community education combined the features of new rural community education in Qufu in order to solve the problems existed in the rural community education. Specifically, the development of new rural community education in Qufu relies on the following strategies: renewing concepts based on the Confucian culture, fostering inclusive learning on the principle of education equality, enriching educational content oriented by the demand of the residents, optimizing forms of education by adopting experiential learning and improving educational quality by focusing on recourse management.
