Research On The Quality Of Leisure Life Of Middle-aged Women In Taiyuan

With the development of society and living standard, leisure life has more and more attentions. As an important component of human social development, leisure life has been an integral part. In particular, the quality of leisure life of middle-aged women has been related to overall quality of the national. The physical and mental health of middle-aged women directly affects the quality of the new generation of national. For enhancing the quality of life of the middle-aged women and improving their Family Happiness Index,for the harmonious development of society as a whole and progress, the quality of leisure life have some positive impact. In this paper, there is a survey of the conditions of leisure life of middle-aged women in Taiyuan and analysis of the main factors of the quality of leisure life, then there are four proposals being put forward, with a view to provide reference to the study of middle-aged women's the quality of leisure life.In this paper, there are three different views to study the quality of leisure life of middle-aged women in Taiyuan. Firstly, there is a research on the macro level, which includes three aspects:the analysis of leisure quality of middle-aged women in Taiyuan, the analysis of leisure function of Taiyuan and the analysis of leisure support systems of Taiyuan.Secondly, there is a micro analysis on the quality of leisure life of middle-aged women in Taiyuan, which includes five aspects:the amount of leisure time of middle-aged women in Taiyuan, leisure awareness of middle-aged women in Taiyuan, leisure contents of middle-aged women, leisure way of middle-aged women and leisure disorders of middle-aged women. The third method is that to calculate a leisure quality of life index of middle-aged women in Taiyuan, establishing on the basis of the indicator system.The three study results show that middle-aged women in Taiyuan, the quality of leisure life is at a low level. Improving the quality of leisure life of middle-aged women in Taiyuan and encouraging middle-aged women of the whole society actively involved in leisure activities, it is an important part to enhance the national quality of life and build a harmonious society...
