Research On The Construction Planning And Implementation Of HN College Experimental Practice Base

Since the reform and opening up, with the continuous development of economy, China’s social structure has also changed in turn the world upside down, the market has the high demand for talent increasingly and pays more attention to the practical ability of high tech talents. But because of the difference development degree of national conditions and the market economy, there are some significant differences in higher vocational education. Therefore, some outstanding scholars continue to explore effective means of education in Higher Vocational Colleges of our country, from the development situation of China’s market, the industry demand, and the future development prospects of the related industries. Based on the special requirements of the market for technical talents in higher vocational colleges, the construction of experimental training base of higher vocational colleges is the most important method to improve the teaching level of teachers and the practicing ability of the students, and which is also the effective measure to increase the competitiveness of higher vocational colleges.In this paper, with HN College for example on reality, and refer to large number of documents, the author studied the related content, using of the literature research, quantitative analysis, qualitative analysis and so on. Through the current construction status and existing problems of the domestic and overseas vocational colleges, and how to solve these problems, the author put up the solution, which provides an initial experience for the construction of HN college experiment base, in addition, also defined the related theory and presents the importance of experimental training base construction of vocational colleges, finally, based on the extensive research and analysis, proposed the construction plan of experimental practice base and analyzed the final results.This study is based on the demand analysis of the area of HN College, the program provided by the author adapts to the future development of the region, for the future development of related industries providing the high-quality talent continuously, while also improving the HN College overall competitiveness and teaching level, but also pointed out the direction for the development of college in the future that college could attract more outstanding students, so as to contribute to national economic construction.
