Studies Of Sustainable Development Of The Discipline Construction In Northeastern University

Discipline is the basic union of a university to implement the three functions, namely the talent cultivation, scientific research, and social service. Discipline construction is the core work of a university construction all along and important base to improve the level of talent cultivation, scientific research and social service. Discipline is also the important mark to measure the academic level of a university and the strength for running a school.There are five parts in this paper. The first chapter is introduction. The second chapter is the present situation and problems in Northeastern University. The third chapter is the requirements of sustainable development in Northeastern University. The forth chapter is the sustainable development channel of Northeastern University. The last chapter is the conclusion of the paper.This paper uses many analysis ways such as document data analysis, comparative analysis, investigation statistical analysis and historical analysis, etc. The paper analyzes the problem of the discipline construction in Northeastern University. Furthermore, the countermeasures and suggestions on the discipline construction are put forward. This is the new idea of the paper. This paper has values to the discipline construction and development of Northeastern University both in theory and practice.
