Research On The Construction Strategy Of The Service Discipline Of Think Tanks In Local Colleges And Universities

The instruction of "Building a New Type of Think Tank with Chinese Characteristics" was first proposed in 2013.Since then,all sectors of society have started to build different types of Think Tanks.Domestic scholars have studied the construction of think tanks from different theoretical perspectives and achieved fruitful academic results.Among different types of think tanks,local university think tanks have become a bright star in China’s think tanks.In recent years,through the joint efforts of many parties,the construction of think tanks in local colleges and universities has made some achievements,but also has some problems.Discipline construction is the top priority in the development of colleges and universities.However,the researchers have found that the current think tank construction in local universities is not performing well in promoting discipline construction.Taking C University as an example,this study analyzes the current situation of the think tank service discipline construction in local universities,finds out its problems and causes,and puts forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions.This study takes the construction of the service discipline of the think tank of the university as the research object,analyzes the problems existing in the construction of the service discipline of the think tank of the university of C,and puts forward countermeasures and suggestions.This research adopts four research methods comprehensively,namely literature research method,interview method,comparative analysis method and case analysis method.On the one hand,it elaborates core concepts of the study such as “think tank” and “university think tank”,and lays a theoretical foundation for the paper based on discipline construction theory,value chain theory and collaborative theory.On the other hand,through a comparative analysis of the research fields and related disciplines of the think tanks of well-known universities at home and abroad,the corresponding relationship between the research fields and disciplines of the think tanks of first-class universities is understood,and the significance of promoting the construction of the think tanks of local universities for the discipline construction of universities is highlighted.In addition,through the investigation of the actual situation of the service discipline construction of the think tank in C University,it is analyzed whether the developing level of the think tank is compatible with the discipline construction of the university.It is found that the local think tank lacks a clear developing orientation in the process of the service discipline construction of the local think tank at present.The discourse power of university think tank is weak;The research capacity of think tanks needs to be strengthened."Discipline Dependence" in Colleges and Universities and "Discipline Deviation" in Government Governance;The transformation rate of think tank achievement is slow,etc.In order to solve the problems existing in the discipline construction of university Think Tanks,it is proposed to give full play to the scientific research advantages of think tanks in universities and expand the discipline value chain.Pay attention to the cultivation of talent quality,set up a multi-disciplinary research team;strengthen academic exchanges and promote the development of disciplines;accelerate the transformation of achievements and promote the construction of disciplines to serve the society.
