The Research Of Vocational Education Group Running School

Vocational education group, as a newly arisen school-running organization, is not appeared by chance. It is not only a product of development of market economy, but also exploration and practice which make beneficial reform of school-running system and model to improve running benefit of vocational education itself. This research, based on literature analysis and empirical investigations, made a preliminary study on several important aspects that affect development of vocational education group in order to give rise to further thinking of researchers and practitioners of vocational education.First of all, on the basis of previous research, In order to provide much clearer idea for the follow-up study, the thesis reviewed research situation of vocational education group in recent years and made further collation and summary of development background and process of vocational education group of China.Secondly, based on the current theoretical research on vocational education group, this thesis put forward five theoretical bases which would be conducive to development of vocational education group. It studied how to use the theories for development of vocational education group and matters needing attention when to use by analyzing the characteristics of vocational education group. Furthermore, based on absorbing previous types of vocational education group, the paper broke through the previous classifications of vocational education group, reclassified eight different construction forms and analyzed the features, constructing conditions, advantages and disadvantages of each, which could provide guidance and reference to vocational schools, enterprises, public institutions, and other social institutions which would construct vocational education group. In addition, there were some principled thoughts on how to construct vocational education group in the thesis, from aspects of strong union, the strong help the weak, adaptation to local conditions, goal congruence, integration of industry, study and research and so on, to make the nature, goal and task of vocational education not deviate or alienate in the new form of vocational education grouping Finally, through spot and interview investigations, according to the existing general problems of vocational education group, the thesis took further consideration from its development strategies to external supporting system .The thesis, based on theoretical innovation and practical exploration of vocational education group of China, tried to promote the reform and development of vocational education to meet the people's growing learning needs, explore vocational education running modes combining market and employment closely, and promote the vocational education to develop towards large scale, intensive and chain-like direction..
