The Academic Curriculum in vocational education is always in an awkward position, which has attached great importance of Central Committee Documents but is of little value to the actual education. Because students were washed out from exam to get bad score under the science system, the teaching effect must be little if the teachers all just carry on the teaching tasks routinely. By using the simple random-sampling of secondary vocational schools of Hebei province, this paper researches Teaching situation of the Academic Curriculum from three perspectives: the school management, the teachers, and the students. Look at this problem from different ways. What about students'attitude and suggest toward teaching of Academic Curriculum. What about teachers'action and suggest toward teaching of Academic Curriculum. Trying to find the method to solve problem of Academic Curriculum based on the above tasks.In this paper, some methods will be used, such as statistics, vocational education, and vocational psychology and so on. The thread of research is of various means and multi-level. In this paper, some research methods are also combined with. For example theory research with practice, qualitative investigation with quantitative study, holistic approach with sort research. Literature referring, investigating, discussing and expert consultation all help to guarantee the carrying of the research and trying to get some kind of innovation.Writing questionnaire, analyzing and solving common problems on Academic Curriculum are proposed in this research based on Marx's Human Comprehensive development Theory, Group Dynamics Theory, Multiple Intelligences Theory, and Comprehensive Professional Ability Theory.Problems of Academic Curriculum founded in some secondary vocational schools of Hebei are that language expression and symbolic logic of students in these school are lean but have some kind of intelligence development potential, that there is little cooperation on academic teacher and vocational teacher, little variation on teaching methods, and little attention on students learning method, that the textbook service is poor and low readability, and that teaching evaluation function are poor and single. The reasons of problem as follow: the leak of the elementary education, overlooking of cultural quality requirements in the policy of secondary vocational education, updating slowly of teaching idea and the single management mode of secondary vocational school. For that, writer come up with strategy as follow: consummating the elementary education, reconstitute the Academic Curriculum, and construct new Culture Quality Developing Curriculum, training the cooperative team of teachers, improving institution of instructional evaluation and building excellent campus culture circumstance.
