Quality education is an important development direction in secondary vocational education teaching reform in China.Since the humanistic quality education occupies a very important position in the secondary education in our country,especially for the secondary vocational schools who regard the training of professional talents as target.Strengthening students' humanistic quality in secondary vocational education is an urgent problem to solve.The author first determines the concept of humanistic quality education and the importance of humanistic quality education in secondary vocational schools.Then investigate and analyze the circumstance of humanistic quality education in Qian'an Vocational Education Center,Vocational technical school in Lu Nan District,TangHai Vocational Education Center,and GuYe Vocational Education Center.Including: 1.Investigation the students' humanistic quality education.2.Investigation of teachers' overall humanistic quality.3.Investigation of students' humanistic quality that enterprises need.The result of the survey shows that there exist several problems in humanistic quality education in secondary vocational school such as,the humanities knowledge needs to improved,the humanistic spirit need to strengthened,the ideological and moral quality need to be promoted and the method of humanistic education need to be optimized.The reason is the social environment,employment environment,the current situation of secondary vocational education,teachers and students of their own situation and other factors.In the end,the author puts forward the concrete optimization measures: 1.From the perspective of the society: Carry out humanistic quality education in docking social practice,infiltrate humanistic quality education in enterprise internship link;2.From the perspective of school: we need to establish a new concept of education,intensify the awareness of quality education;strengthen the campus culture,and create a good atmosphere;also we need to improve students' attainment by means of network resources rationally and to improve student literacy and set up comprehensive quality curriculum through the occupation-oriented activities.3.From the perspective of school: improve the level of teachers' humanity 4.Improve the humanistic education quality from students' level.In order to reform humanistic quality education in vocational schools,the paper combined the local cultural characteristics to seek ways and methods in innovating humanistic quality education.Thus providing theoretical and practical reference value for the popularization of humanistic quality education in secondary vocational schools...
