The Research Of Fundraising Of Higher Vocational College And Countermeasures

China attempts to achieve the strategic goal of transferring great human resources to human resources power, because of this goal, China have to develop the higher vocational education for cultivating more skillful workers. In recent years, with the rapid development of higher vocational education, the problem of inadequate funding is always obstacles; it is also the most key element. In reaction of this problem, the research concerning to the fundraising of higher vocational education is becoming a hot area gradually.This paper seeks to combine theory and practice, regards educational economics as theoretical basis, and combines theoretical research of higher vocational education, to take a case study of the fundraising, through the financing of the College's strategic planning and policy related to text analysis, the financing of the actual situation to investigate, identify funding problems in the course of the causes and specific analysis as a way to pry into China's higher Financing of vocational education in the work of the existing policies and measures, problems and future challenges that may be encountered. At the last, to have two different policies form the government and College sides. At the side of government, should pay more attentions on the development of higher vocational education, the center government should give more financial support to the higher vocational education ; also the government should cultivate a good environment for the development of higher vocational education .At the college side , the college should strengthen the collect with local government for more financial supporting , and the college should update the major setting for attracting more slandered students ,and to strengthen the cooperation with company for more financial investing ;to strengthen the communication with society for communicating more scattered money ;and the financing of the work to achieve the professionalism and establish strong and effective financing of the working group.
