Employment is Fundament of Livelihood and employment must possess the appropriate professional competence, job-oriented vocational education in the curriculum reform can be a very good job to improve the students ability to develop production and services for the community the first line, the junior technical personnel.××Trade School in Sichuan Province, as one by the National Ministry of Education approved the first-run state-level key secondary vocational schools , but also , and the pace of reform of vocational education for employment-oriented curriculum reform. In the reform process, has made great achievements, but also there are many problems. That reform is not as good as the desired effect. In this paper, in-depth analysis of these issues that the existence of these problems both external and objective factors, such as the traditional concept of inertia constraints, there are also internal in nature, constraints. On this basis, this paper argues, in the continuation of the curriculum reform, we should continue to adhere to employment-oriented task, paying attention to standardization of curriculum, science and development of teaching materials and to enhance the development of the preparation and selection of materials research.
