The secondary vocational education to serve as the objective, with students employment as orientation of development goals and education pattern determines the causes and course set of content must be with the development of economy and society needs to adapt. Cultivating talents must take strong operation capability as the foundation, student's knowledge of professional theory is no longer in the evaluation of students' professional skills level only standard, enables the student to master certain professional technology and practical ability as a secondary vocational and technical education teaching target's main body status. Project-oriented secondary mathematics course features with application ability and practice ability as purpose, the student to the project cooperation form of group launched teaching, curriculum content the formulation, the project plan arrangement, course project implementation, evaluation method established by the project team are common decision research. Therefore, as a project-oriented secondary mathematics curriculum construction research must adapt to the development of the times demand, develop long-term secondary school talent cultivation of strategic planning, and no longer be pure mathematics knowledge of indoctrination,should cultivate the students really loved math, applied mathematics, with the students to become professional skills, dedication, rigorous work style, comprehensive vocational accomplishment of high quality labors and professional technical talents.Secondary vocational and technical college mathematics curriculum Settings must take student's future career scene as the core, realize mathematics project of the learning process and working process of optimal integration. Through the literature material method, expert interview and logical analysis, the connotation of learning by project as the theoretical basis, and probes into the causes and project-oriented mathematics reform, the feasibility of constructing a project-oriented secondary mathematics curriculum reform of the theoretical framework, and through selecting projects, projects of layout and project curriculum development mode aspects discusses the causes and mathematics curriculum design. Thesis mainly include the following aspects:(1) Introduction. Mainly expounds the project learning the historical background of the emergence, the research significance, the research of thinking and method, the related concept definition. (2) Project-oriented secondary mathematics curriculum reform is feasible. Mainly from the vocational college students' mathematical learning situation, the course of mathematics target, reform experience and project-oriented secondary mathematics curriculum reform of advantage (talents, information and competitive advantage) from the aspects into consideration.(3) Project-oriented secondary mathematics curriculum reform theoretical framework. Was discussed based on project-oriented secondary mathematics curriculum reform of connotation, theoretical foundation and the principle of curriculum reform.(4) Project-oriented causes and mathematics curriculum design. Analyzes the secondary mathematics course selection of projects, project layout, and the course of curriculum development mode.
