Under the conceptual guidance of the new course, the main starting point and ultimate goal of teaching is to promote students to learn how to learn it, to develop in an all-round way. There is no exception to the chemistry teaching. According to the content,Chemistry teaching is divided into two parts------the study of knowledge and skills, thestudy of attitudes and methods. Attitude which is closely integrated knowledge and learning methods has a profound impact on the students world outlook, methodology, vigorous academic atmosphere, a realistic approach and perseverance. Its essence and purpose is to build up a good structure of the morality or the behaviour in the chemistry study. Thus it enables students to form a good learning attitude, a perfect personal characteristics and a system of the attitude. At last, the students will have a considerable development in other aspects of life and study. The chemistry learning is a organic connection of "teaching" and "study" .The important part is to learn. In fact, the effective chemistry-teaching should be the students" effective learning.The purpose of student's learning is not only to acquire the knowledge, skill, process and methods, but more importantly, to get a train in the field of attitude and accomplishment. These three aspects are supported mutually and also its inevitable demands. While the knowledge and the skill are the main task in the process of study, the instruction of the attitude is more important. The pure approach to the academic education will result in the deficiency of the accomplishment, high scores but low ability, high intelligence quotient but low emotion quotient. Thus the education will deviate from the all-round one and loss its main point. Therefore, in order to gain an effective instruction, we should put the new curriculum objective into use and promote the chemistry education with the instruction of the attitude.This paper puts forward several proposals and suggestions, which is based on the present situation of the practice of the attitude instruction, with the analysis of its purpose and meaning, the inevitable and the importance of attitude instruction of the secondary school student. The body is divided into four parts: The first part puts forward the concept of the attitude and its instruction, makes it clear that the reason, the purpose and the content of the attitude instruction;The second part make it clear that the effectivechemistry teaching should implement fully the cultivation of the students" attitude instruction;The third part gives the content of the attitude instruction in chemistry teaching, and the approach to this. Furthermore, it emphasize the importance of the relationship between the teachers and students on the attitude instruction;The fourth part puts forward the practical recommendations with the analysis of the counter measure to be carried out in the attitude instruction.
