Effective teaching strategies are methods,procedures or measures those can promote students,effective learning and teachers, effective teaching. The goal of these strategies is to achieve the teaching objectives and the completion of teaching tasks.At present, researches on effective teaching strategies emphasis on teacher behavior, not highlighting the centrality of students; emphasis on promoting student cognitive development but neglect the role of emotion. Educational beliefs on humanistic psychology are useful for effective teaching strategies study.This study follows the thinking of,"literature review—posing questions—strategies presenting—experimental study—data analysis—discussion", using literature method,natural experiment,survey method to research aspects as following:1,review current researches on effective teaching strategies and humanistic educational philosophy, pointed out that educational beliefs on humanistic psychology highlight the centrality of teaching students,emphasis on the students character education and character training,on teacher-student interactions in classroom which promote cognitive affective role,focus on self-evaluation of learners themselves, beneficial for current research on effective teaching strategies. 2, the specific discussion is based on strategies of humanistic psychology to create psychological atmosphere in classroom, of characteristic education, management, of bad behavior management of students and penetration of psychological health education. 3,in a Chinese classroom of senior high school in Liangshan Prefecture, Sichuan Province, we use the strategies and use personality scales and academic testing for students in pre-test and post test, use questionnaires to survey the effects of teaching effectiveness survey. 4, through data obtained from the personality scales, academic tests and questionnaire, we have results on effective teaching strategies which based on humanistic psychology.5,to discuss problems which require attention in our current classroom on humanistic educational philosophy. The conclusions are : reached the following conclusions: effective teaching strategies which based on humanistic psychology can not significantly promote the growth of students'personality,but students have started to change in personality slowly; can create a relaxed , warm atmosphere of the classroom psychosocial;can not effectively improve students academic performance.Humanism should be integrated better with traditional Chinese culture,with behaviorism and cognitivism to facilitate the effective teaching.
