Research On The Developing Situation Of Leisure Sports In Small And Medium-sized Cities Of Sichuan Province And Solutions

Through the survey, it is found that leisure sports has important significance to the healthy lifestyle of teenagers .Butmain cities of Sichuan province the development situation of leisure sports is not optimistic. The reasons for that refer to the content of P.E classes are not reasonable which acts in a rigid, mechanical, or unconscious manner and family spends less money on this sport etc. Research shows we should establish the schools - family - the overall social linkage mechanism and take full advantage of natural resources of Sichuan to accelerate the operation of leisure sports among teenagers. Meanwhile, promote the growth of physical and mental health of teenagers.
