With the swift development of the society, the society proposed a higher request to education and the educational reform developed unceasingly, however, at the same time the problem of teachers'pressure highlighted day by day, which has been paid attention gradually by the people. Therefore, in recent years, the researches into the pressure of teachers are getting more and more. But these researches basically take the teacher whole as the object of study, and they have not divided the genders of teachers. Because of the unique body and mind characteristics of female teachers, the pressure which they withstand is different from that of the male teacher, but the female teacher accounts for the great proportion in the teacher community. Therefore, it has the practical significance very much that we take the female teacher as the object of the study. In addition, the author of this article once was a female teacher in middle school, so she is quite familiar to this community's life and the psychology. Therefore, the author attempts to analyze the problem of female teachers.This paper mainly uses the ways of the questionnaire and the auxiliary interview and literature. It takes the questionnaire made by the author, The Pressure Questionnaire on Female Teachers in Middle School as the main tool of this research, and in order to investigate the pressure of female teachers, the author randomly draws 236 female teachers of 5 middle schools in Weinan, Shaanxi province as the object of the study. The survey result is as follows:â‘ Female teachers in middle school are withstanding the huge pressure generally, and these pressure are influencing their life seriously, which has been bringing many negative influences for their physical and moral integrity.â‘¡The pressure of the different background factor's female teachers in middle school have their respective characteristics. This includes many kinds of female teachers, as follows: female teachers in the disparity in age stage, female teachers having different records of formal schooling, female teachers in different marital status, female teachers who charge the class or not charge the class, female teachers teaching graduating class or not and female teachers in different rank schools. The pressure of these kinds of female teachers are different in various dimensions.â‘¢The pressure of female teachers in middle school mainly comes from the school, the family, the society and individual four aspects. In these four aspects, the school, the family and the society three aspects have a close relevant with the pressure origins, but the relevance between individual factor and the pressure origins is relatively low.In view of the pressure present situation of female teachers in middle school, the researcher places their pressure origins under the sociological angle and analyzes them. Meanwhile, to decrease the pressure, the researcher puts forward some reasonable proposals and the strategies. The proposals and strategies are following:â‘ strategies coordinating dual role conflicts, these include three aspects: the supporting strategies of the society coordinating role conflicts, the adjustment strategies of the family coordinating role conflicts as well as the development strategies of individual coordinating role conflicts.â‘¡strategies alleviating enterprise pressure, they can be divided into two aspects: the school strategies slowing down the enterprise pressure of female teachers in middle school and female teachers'own strategies slowing down the enterprise pressure.â‘¢strategies alleviating female teachers' own pressure, this also includes two aspects: cultivating good cognitive style and the psychological quality as well as coordinating the relationship between love, marriage and enterprise.
