The Translation Of Work Field In China: From The "Pattern Of Difference" To The "Group Pattern"

In recent years, with growth of the Post-80s, they have been become to be concerned. Occupational and educational reform is usually associated with the starting point in the people's comments, so is income and the levels of consumption ,while sociologists pay more attention to the social function, values and behavior of this group. Some of them as a social group which has unique needs shared common value. In this paper, it concerns the role of the group in promoting the social transformation, in order to find a path and method how to make this group develop more healthily and quirkily. This view holds a theory truth: the Post-80s will play a more and more important role in the future, and will become the"backbone" of the society, the "indicator" of social behavior with the modernization effects and marketing transition effects .Therefore, it is a better choice to combine the individual with the society.Based on the result of pre-researchers and the theory and method of sociology, it adapts questionnaires and interviews to collect dates to presents and analyze the presentation and development of the Post-80s.The researchers included the following parts in the research:(1) Make a introduction exposing the background, range, and the importance of research; define two concepts involved;(2) Discussing the literature on the adoptions of the Post-80s at home and abroad, and representing and the major works of scholars and ideas.(3) Explaining the design of the research. This chapter uses the research methods to support each other . Based on the statements and a list of case interviews, the analyses increase the accuracy and the credibility of the investigation.(4) The analysis of the result. Conducted on the assumption that the authenticity of the confirmation. This chapter identifies three variables: network support, career satisfaction, a sense of relative deprivation, and analyze the data and case interviews. (5) Explain the historical context and present state of the post -80s proceeding with the analysis of the post-80s'conflict state and contradiction between the characteristics of voice mentality.(6) Analyses the cause. In this chapter, it analyses the Post-80s history and current situation , and explore the characteristics of the groups . With the reformation and development of society which experiences the agricultural society, industrial society and information society, the Post-80s is still in conflict, yet the formation of collective personality in history. It refers to three factor: the traditional culture;the society;the individual,and in this paper the reseacher give related suggestions according to the result of the investigation.(7) Drawing important conclusions.The post-80s as a objective group should be given objective comments.If they are treated by society equally ,our society will be more healthy.
