Chinese Education Reform and Development Program pointed out:We should boldly absorb and draw on other countries and the successful experience of management education, further changes in educational thinking, the reform of teaching ideas and teaching methods,to overcome the existence of different levels of school education from the economic construction and social development phenomenon.Educational reform among the countries of the world, the development of international schools are springing up, it is the world's economic and educational development of a new thing, is the world's educational exchanges a window, but also to promote the common development of countries in the world a platform for education.In 2003 the Ministry of Education developed a "normal high school Physical Education and Health Curriculum Standards" (experimental),led to the new physical education under the standard model of discussion. In this paper, Beijing Normal Middle School Physical Education Model and the factors and Beijing British International School of Physical Education Model to compare the various factors,to explore the nature of the two kinds of school sports physical education model of their characteristics,and policy and the various factors differences,in order to identify can "foreign things serve China" reference of the Department, for better promotion of the reform of physical education in our schools to provide reference.This paper used the 101st secondary schools,20th secondary school, National People's Congress Middle School in Beijing and Dulwich International School, British International School, Harrow International School of English in the elements of secondary schools Physical Education Model for the study.I used literature, questionnaire interviews,expert interviews, observation, protocol analysis,logical analysis,comparative analysis of the mode of teaching them the guiding ideology, teaching objectives, operational procedures,to achieve the conditions,the effect of differences in evaluation of five factors come to Beijing. Some secondary schools of Beijing is used to teach motor skills-based, fun and physical exercise supplemented by the model,the main use of explanation, demonstration methods,limiting the student initiative.British International Schools use the teaching model of happy sports oriented, sports skills and understand.In the teaching, British International Schools use games and contests, focusing on student initiative and creativity.Beijing some secondary schools highlight the "health first" guiding ideology, emphasis on promoting physical and mental health all-round development of students;British International School's guiding ideology tend to sport the inner logic. And allow students to successfully experience. Relative part of the British International School of Physical Education Middle School guiding ideology, part of the school's sports guiding ideology more explicit. Relative to the British International School of Physical Education objectives,"secondary standards" in the lack of student self-learning and evaluation of the advancement goals,and the "high standard" Although the goals mentioned in the above-mentioned objectives,but there is no specific provisions and the corresponding methods, shows that our self-evaluation of students,paid insufficient attention to personal values.Beijing some secondary schools in the evaluation process is mainly used for teacher evaluation skills.British International Schools use teacher evaluation,student self-evaluation and mutual evaluation approach.British International School in Beijing and some of high school physical education model in common mainly by a single goal in the teaching objectives to the development of multiple objectives, teaching content tends to diversify, diversify the evaluation of the content,teaching mode by the combination of a variety of models.
