Higher education quality and factors are hot issuses of reasearch fields in massification. This study based on previous studies divides factors into six including national government, universities, teachers, parents and students. National policies orientate and tilt improperly, insufficient capital investment, too much government interference effect quality in higher education; social values and public opinions effect quality in higher education; the factors that Schools'ideas are out of date and orientate disorderly, teaching methods are old affect quality in higher education; teachers are too enabled that they are lack of genuine autonomy rights and they are under great pressure so that thay cann't pay attention to quality in higher education; parents have high pmomise on their children and students have weak foundation. When reflecting factors affecting quality in higher education, I select three factors that affect quality in higher education directly:there are government, universities and students. They can show that factors affecting quality of higher education contact with each other closely. For government, I select investment as a breach, as it reflects a idea that our nation pays too attention to construction of high level universities and neglects massification quality; For universities, they are in administratived, marketed and practicle that universitier are facing and this situation is bad for higher education quality improvement and can't change in short period; For students, basing on their attitude towards studies and their enviornment, their utilitarian goal and target restrict their development. Therefore, it's important to do some change togather to improve current quality of higher education. First, our nation must give universities full autonomy rights; Second, a reasonable mechanism must be made to make up for the shortcomings of mentality of cynicism; Third, teachers and students must be respected and we must insist on People-oriented thoughts.
