Analysis On The Development Stage Of College Students' Entrepreneurial Intention

Innovative undertaking is the driving force for the long-term development of a country's economy,and it provides equal employment opportunities of pursuing economic success and embodying social value for many people and becomes one of the basic ways to enter the social economic subject for them.It can be said that the entrepreneurial intention of college students is the germination and internal motivation of the students in the future.Entrepreneurial intention is the best predictor of entrepreneurial behavior and the central point of understanding entrepreneurial behavior.Therefore,entrepreneurial intention is the best entry point of entrepreneurial behavior research.Therefore,on the basis of the theory of planned behavior and Marx's theory of human development,the paper explores the factors affecting the entrepreneurial intention of college students,the development stage and its characteristics by interviewing 30 college students who have achieved entrepreneurial behavior,so as to better guide the college students in entrepreneurship education.Interviews and research show that the development of entrepreneurial intention of college students can be divided into three stages,namely,the perceptual stage,the reciprocal stage and the exclusive stage;the development of entrepreneurial intention of college students has four characteristics which include periodicity,progressiveness,interventional and repeatability;the influencing factors of college students' entrepreneurial intention are social environment,family factors,personal characteristics.
