A Study On Enhance The Teaching Effectiveness Of The College Ideological And Political Courses

College students are very precious human resources, who are the hope of the nation, the future of our country. It is very important to carry out the college Ideological and Political Education courses in an effective way, strengthen the practical effect of the courses, improve the quality of the college students, train them to be the constructors and successors of the socialism cause, in the purpose of keeping our nation in an invincible position in the international competition, make sure the construction of our nation performs well.Effectiveness is the key factor of the college Ideological and Political Education courses, without which, the courses will lose their value and the basis for the existence. This paper begins with the concept of college Ideological and Political Education courses'effectiveness, analyze the data acquired from the investigation, then summarize the practical problems that existed in the practice of college Ideological and Political courses, and the cause these problems. After that, propose a solution to solve these problems in five aspects:reform education ideas, accelerate the conversion of courses material system to teaching system, improve the teaching process, increase investment in training the teachers, and reinforce the management of the courses.
