On The Present Situation Of City High Schools' Track And Field Team In Henan Proviece

Schools are an important station for cultivating talents;"select the excellent students, train from the young, lay a solid foundation, systematic training, promote actively"is the amateur training guidelines. Many years of practice tells us that, training from the children are to do good job trainings for young amateur. It is the young athletes who will be the majority of the athletes in the world's athletic skills, so we should not only attach importance to various types of amateur sports at all levels of tracks and field team training, but also to types of schools'track and field team training. In particular, urban high school'high-level track and field athletes will be done well.The study was based on documentary, questionnaire survey method, mathematical statistics, and logical reasoning methods. Through the documentary, we can know the situations of the high school'track and field team training specifically in Henan Province.In order to the tested accuracy, expert questionnaire was widely solicited from the views of relevant experts and front-line coaches and recommendations, and in order to gather first-hand information, random sampling approach is taken from high school coaches, athletes. The use of Excel and SPSS15.0 package of effective descriptive statistical analysis of the questionnaire, T test, factor analysis, chi-square test, were also used in the research. And the results are as follows.The results as follows:(1)City high schools'track and field events in Henan Province are in accordance with the layout of the main entrance examinations, which is not reasonable. A reasonable layout of urban high school track and field sports in Henan Province is actually a hierarchy of urban high school track and field events and regional structures for systematic analysis and scientific design process.(2)Model high schools and ordinary high school in Henan Province are different in venues and facilities, training and match funding, teacher qualifications.(3)The age structure of urban high school'track and field coaches, academic structure, and their attitudes on work are well done, but they are lack of professional sports experience, and team training.(4)Coaches should have a wide range of capabilities, such as capabilities, selection capabilities, training, innovation capacity, the ability to educate people in order can better engage in their duties.(5)Coaches to develop multi-year training program is less a lack of long-term planning for athletes. Coaches deal with their work very seriously, but the use of physiological and biochemical indicators in the selection of the proportion are too small.(6)Parents in Henan Province are for their children involved in the training, and the support rate is high, the athletes show their training a good attitude. However, some athletes want to be out of the training, sports for their poor study.(7)Players in high schools in Henan Province are absent in classes, and also lack of communication between cultural studies teachers and coaches which lead the difficult situations. Obvious performance of high school track and field team was lack of a scientific and rational arrangement in students'diet and resting.(8)School leaders do not pay enough attentions on the training track and field, and coaches are not paid well which affects teachers'training initiatives. And training funds invested is too little; also space and equipment can not meet the training needs. All above affects the quality in high schools.
