As a result of the existence of hurdles hurdle,beginners often prone to touch and brush the bar in the process of practice,sometimes bruise or sprain themselves.Therefore students easy to produce the fear like fear of the bar.Studies have shown that students will produce more or less psychological barriers when they are learning,and due to the lack of proper psychological training,even they have good physical qualities,will also affect the hurdle technology.So,hurdle teaching requires students not only have good physical quality,but also to psychological will have special requirements.In this paper,aiming at the elementary school higher grades students overcome hurdles fear and study,has important meaning for hurdle teaching,for the development of primary students in good health physical quality and psychological quality also has a unique significance.In this article,elementary school students fear the phenomenon and reasons are analyzed.Summarizes the students' 6 performances in the process of learning : 1?do not focus on the learning,abilities to accept knowledge reduce;2?look serious and painful;3?stiff and action are not harmonious;4?fear of hurdle height,jump bar;5?the practice is not active,not progress;6?think too highly of the injured,and even cause a chain of fear.In addition,the pupil hurdles fear caused mainly has the following seven aspects: 1?the students' learning motivation is not strong,the interest is not strong;2?students' lack of confidence;3?hurdle sports technical particularity;4?the influence of the learning environment to individual;5?sportlehrers' teaching level;6?family reasons;7?the lack of psychological training in learning the hurdles.In view of the above phenomenons and the reasons,the author through consulting a large number of relevant literatures,and to experience a line of sportlehrers learn from interviews,various stages of refining in hurdling teaching is helpful to overcome fear of teaching and training methods should be taken as the basis of this study provide the theory and method.On this basis,design the innovative teaching plan and traditional teaching plan units,Foshan Leliu Yuxian Experimental Primary School higher grades of 40 students identify two sets of teaching experiments.Through the comparison of some data of extraction of teaching demonstration,proved that the refined from the view to overcome the fear psychology teaching and trainingmethod is very effective,which can let the students to overcome the fear in hurdling teaching psychology,greatly improve the teaching effect.In some cases and theory of teaching experiment,and corresponding to expound and analyze the article referred to the front part of the phenomena and causes of students' fear.Hope to be able to let more person that physical education teaching to a deeper understanding of the hurdles,for the improvement of the school sports teaching.In this paper,a total of teaching experiment has made the following five conclusions:First,this paper designs the innovation unit teaching plan,to the elementary school higher grades students hurdles to get over dread mental.It has obvious effect.Second,with views to overcome the fear psychology as the core of innovation unit teaching plan,compared with not targeted traditional unit teaching plan.Targeted teaching taught the students,the technical evaluation is more outstanding.Third,the fear is one of the main factors hinder the elementary school higher grades students learning the hurdles.Fourth,at the beginning of the hurdle technology form,using gymnastics pad with cardboard hurdle instead of hurdle to practice,not prone to accidents,could reduce the risk of fear.Fifth,the traditional infusion education,for the hurdles such action sports technology is more complicated,hard to let the students more profound remember technical essentials in a short time.In the end,there are five suggestions:Firstly,to overcome the fear psychology to "avoid first,after the adjustment" for the purpose,to avoid is teacher according to the past teaching experience,teaching in easy to produce fear to teach design,try to avoid or reduce the generation of fear;After adjustment is students produce fear,to make corresponding countermeasures.Secondly,make use of cooperation to explore ways of learning.This study highlights the subjectivity of the students,both in technical novice,consolidate or promotion stage all can use,explore can make students learn actively,more profound memory of movement technology.Thirdly,combining with the characteristics of students' age carries on the teaching design.Take primary school sports class as an example,create accord with the characteristics of primary school age guidance,proper games and competitions,to show their peers teaching video,and so on.What's more,the teachers' transition oflanguage is designed to the way of children's simplicity talked to ups and downs,distinctly.Fourthly,ingenious use of equipment to promote teaching.The foundation of all teaching is safe,so in practice as much as possible to avoid more dangerous practice,divergent thinking,to small changes in equipment to minimise the risk of the beginner hurdles.As this article on the innovation in teaching,ingenious use of the auxiliary teaching gymnastics mats and cardboard hurdle.Fifthly,develop physical quality and learning techniques are equally important.For the hurdles,flexibility and the development of lower limb strength quality is more important.Good teaching design should be reasonable and scientific allocation of each link time,let the body diathesis training occupies certain proportion in each class,let the body quality and movement technology development at the same time,achieve a win-win effect.Suggestions to the elementary school higher grades students to overcome the fear psychology as example,to point with surface effect,can even hurdles for other student of period of learning and training to provide new ideas.
