The Index System Research Of Sports Statistics In Rural Areas Of Shaanxi Province

Rural sports is an important part of Chinese mass sports and building a new socialist countryside ,is to implement the "popular sports" and "lifetime sports" basic approach. In the favorable opportunity of building a new socialist countryside, construct and develop the rural sports, to improve the overall quality of the peasants, rich cultural and sports life in rural areas is of great significance. With the great development trend of the rural sports, how to take up rural sports development process, to reflect the actual needs of rural sports,now what issues should focus on solving,what need to gradually solve, authorities how to draft rural sports development policy, all need to build a complete system of statistical index, collect a large number of statistical data on an objective analysis of rural sports. But the statistical index of rural sports is still relatively fragmented ,without a certain degree of correlation or association is small, the statistical system of comprehensive data can not reflect the overall development of rural physical problems, it is urgent to establish a reasonable rural sports statistical index system to reflect the development of rural sports.Pre-selection method, delphi method, mathematical statistics and so on are used in this research to build "Countryside Sports statistical index system",provide theoretical support and reference for the relevant rural sports development and draft development plan. In this paper, "Rural", "Rural Sports," "peasant" and other concepts were defined, follow the principles combining theory with practice ,from reflecting the rural nature of the index, builds countryside sports statistics index system. Three rounds of expert questionnaires has been conducted in this paper, a comprehensive analysis of the questionnaire by combining the characteristics of rural sports in Shaanxi Province, build " Countryside Sports statistics index system." The system consists of four level indicators, two indicators 13 and three indicators 34.
