To maintain long-term sustainable development in vocational education, governments at all levels should attach great importance in terms of ideology, and the timely development and refinement of line with reality throughout the relevant policies for vocational education and create a favorable environment for development. Thus, in this article, the writer is trying to finish some detailed investigations and research to explore what the Guangzhou municipal government should do in promoting the development of vocational education and their responsibilities. Guangzhou Municipal Government proposed the development of vocational education in the overall work of thinking is "stable size, adjust the structure, to mention quality, and promote development". In this direction, which policy measures can be made by our government to improve and support it, is the focus of the study in this paper.If the local government could make more useful plans or give more working-chances for the graduated students from vocational schools, I believe that the development of vocational education will be more realistic. At present, in the view of the education development and reform in China, the general characteristics of human capital is still in the following situation:"large number of complex structure, but a lower level". On the other hand, some other local governments, outside of Guangzhou City, also realize that part of the importance of students from rural areas. They have begun to plan to take this part of the students out of the village to the city.Moreover, the European and American developed countries in the training model of vocational education, curriculum design, teaching methods, school-enterprise cooperation, we can find a lot of education scholars should be learned from. Their successful experience tells us how to get a big development in vocational education. Changing concepts of education, re-establish the training objectives and curriculum, improve the qualification system, the implementation of industry cooperation, actively developing vocational education with its own characteristics is necessary. Though we have too many people in China, it is hard to have changes. Our government should do something for the young.In writing this paper, I have done a lot of independent survey. Objective is to promote schools and government departments should take effective measures, to take reasonable academic evaluation methods so that results can more accurately reflect the ability and level of students and graduates urged the whole society to create a fair and reasonable competitive platform.Policies of the party and state complete a major task and required a code of conduct and codes of conduct, which are unified and guide the people's will. It is an important basis for behavior. Construction and development of socialist society, not only the socialist economic construction and development of political democracy, also the construction and development of socialist culture should be considered. I believe that the Guangzhou municipal government will effectively carry out relief and support of vocational education, reform, establishment of vocational education and other education to communicate and being the "Bridge", so that vocational education in lifelong education system to become an important platform to promote the establishment of a learning society. With the rapid economic and social development in Guangzhou, we need all types of craft talent. Then, secondary vocational education in our city is facing new opportunities and broad prospects. We must follow the concept of scientific development and vigorously push forward in the Guangdong Province and Guangzhou City. Furthermore, we should pay attention to the economic development, focusing on accelerating social development. With accelerating social development, we must vigorously develop education science and technology, culture, health, sports and other undertakings. Through this research, we hope to reduce people's misunderstanding of the situation for Vocational Education in China.
