As a new educational concept,Education for sustainable development has been widely recognized by all countries in the world in promoting the process of sustainable development strategy.China has made a lot of efforts in the Education for sustainable development,especially the outline of the national medium and long-term education reform and development plan(2010-2020 year)issued in 2010.The first time clearly put forward the Education for sustainable development,which also shows that the Education for sustainable development is formally incorporated into the public education administration at the national level.Policy.Secondary vocational school is an important position to implement sustainable development education,and also a cradle for training skilled and skilled talents with sustainable development values.Therefore,it is of great significance to study the current situation of the implementation of the sustainable development education in secondary vocational schools and to explore the problems and causes in the implementation process.This study first analyzes the research results of school in education for sustainable development,so as to understand the progress of this research field.On this basis,the concept of education for sustainable development in secondary vocational schools is defined in detail,and 5 secondary vocational schools in Shandong province are selected as the research object,and the implementation status of the 5 secondary vocational schools' education for sustainable development is systematically investigated and investigated by questionnaire and interview,and it is combined with the secondary vocational education itself.The specific countermeasures for promoting the implementation of sustainable development education in secondary vocational schools are put forward.This paper is divided into four parts:The first part is the introduction.The contents are as follows: research basis,research significance,concept definition,and comprehensive research both at home and abroad,as well as the research methods used.The second part is the survey of 5 secondary vocational schools in Shandong province.The data are collected by the method of questionnaire and interview,and the results are presented in the form of data.On the basis of the analysis of the present situation,the main problems of the secondary vocational school in the implementation of education for sustainable development include insufficient attention,lack of overall thinking and system design and low quality of educational activities,which are difficult to meet the basic needs ofstudents' sustainable development and the enthusiasm of teachers to work actively.The situation is not high,teaching activities are lack of systematization and innovation,teaching resources are not fully utilized,and the advantages of schools are not fully developed.The third part is to analyze the causes of the problems in the implementation of the education for sustainable development in secondary vocational schools,and make an in-depth analysis of the reasons.The main reasons include lack of understanding,lack of strong sense of mission and responsibility,lack of teachers' quality,and lack of proper professional training,lack of support policy and lack of incentive measures.The fourth part is about the problems existing in the implementation process of the secondary vocational school's education for sustainable development and the reasons for the problems,and in combination with the characteristics of education for secondary vocational,it will improve the level of the school based teaching and research activities from the reconstruction of the training program,the training of Teachers,the integration of educational resources,the reconstruction of evaluation system and the guidance of scientific research.Five aspects put forward specific measures to promote the implementation of education for sustainable development in secondary vocational schools.
