Personality refers to all kinds of the psychological characteristics of the integratedsystem, which is based on biological is conditioned by social conditions, it has the adjustmentability, orientation and performance. Based on the current international trend of educationresearch content and the goal of quality education in the21st century in China, children’shealthy personality cultivation in China has its theoretical and practical significance. In thispaper, we cultivate children’s sound personality, from the characteristic of children’spersonality development. Based on positive psychology as the guiding ideology, pupilspersonality structure as theoretical basis, according to the development of China’s primaryschool students at the intermediate personality characteristics determine the goal of soundpersonality training. Then design the corresponding education experiments according to thetraining goal, and to the cultivation of sound personality of elementary school students at theintermediate level. Finally, verify the feasibility and effectiveness of the experimentalactivities, contribute to promote the formation of students sound personality in our country.The research procedure:The first study, according to the primary school students personality structure compiled“the elementary student healthy personality cultivation age stage goals determine parents’description questionnaire” and “the elementary student healthy personality cultivation agestage goals determine teachers’ description questionnaire”, establish elementary schoolstudents at the intermediate sound personality cultivation target of the teachers and parentsand according to our country’s primary school students quality education target, finallyestablished the goal of cultivating the personalities of elementary school students at theintermediate level and improve;The second study, according to the training objective and positive psychology guidingideology, design the corresponding education experiment activities.(10themselves; Thecircle movement; Control anger; Switch roles; Is your left and right of him; Our classroom;Innovation ability games; My weekend schedule; Dribble game; Memory method; The test)Then selecting experimental classes and contrast classes, implement education activities forexperimental classes and contrast class do not exert corresponding education activity, after thetraining. Analyse the experimental classes and contrast classes, and we verify the feasibilityand effectiveness of education activities.The results of studies:⑴On the basis of elementary school students personality structure established by theprimary school students at the intermediate sound personality education target conforms to the development characteristic of the age, has a very good guidance anddirection.⑵On the basis of elementary school students at the intermediate sound personalitytraining target design education laboratory activity can significantly increase theintelligence characteristics, conscientious, prosocial, extroversion and emotionalstability, promote elementary school students at the intermediate formation of soundpersonality.
