How to effectively organize oral Chinese teaching classroom, allowing students to linguistic knowledge can be applied to flexible and comfortable everyday communicative life, is the fundamental purpose of oral Chinese lessons. However, in the actual spoken language classroom, teaching objectives are not clear, excessive pursuit of the aperture ratio, teaching methods over a single, applicability textbook is not strong, class type is not clear, or sentence drills instead of mechanical simulation scenarios dialogue and other issues, have a serious impact on the teaching effect of oral cultivate students’ speaking ability, of course, the effect is also not satisfactory. Constructivist theory point of view advocated "student-centered", cooperation in the use of students as well as the known knowledge among students to achieve teaching objectives, its advocates have spoken in favor of classroom teaching. In this paper, the concept of scaffolding pedagogy introduced under the guidance of constructivist theory, process and other aspects of the advantages, and more specifically by way of implementation of classroom teaching, aimed at exploring Scaffolding Instruction teaching model and its primary foreign language spoken in teaching applications.
