Social music education as the school music education of the extension and supplement,became the national music education important constituent, has become the important way ofimproving national quality. In today’s society is developing rapidly, diversified into musiceducation the mainstream of development, as people material and cultural life level unceasingenhancement, the people is growing demand for music knowledge and skills, the school musiceducation, the limitation of people’s music needs cannot be satisfied, so the social musiceducation play an important role. Singing teaching as a social music education the main form, asan important means of quality education, more and more get people’s attention, the more to moremembers of society into the study of singing art, learning to meet the growing population, moreand more, a variety of social music education institutions set up accordingly. Facing a growingnumber of singing art learners of different ages, under the market economy system of socialmusic education institutions in singing teaching in the process of development also exposes allsorts of problems, such as: social music education institutions is not perfect, teachers don’tbalance, in the process of education "utility, light public welfare" and "heavy skill, please art", avariety of adverse phenomenon such as the blindness of educatees. The phenomenon of thesebad if you don’t get timely solve, will make social music education in singing teaching towardsthe development of an unhealthy attitude, thus hinder and restrict the social music education inthe development of the singing teaching.This article through to Xintai region social music education institutions in singing teachinginvestigation and study, to find and research analysis of the problems, and aimed at these effectXintai region social music education in singing teaching problems in the development of thephenomenon, put forward the corresponding Suggestions and countermeasures. This thesis isdivided into five parts: the first chapter mainly elaborates the social music education concept,nature, characteristics and content and form, make the article study the theory of rising height,based on theoretical investigation research; Singing in the second chapter expounds the socialmusic education teaching status, function and the specific requirements and education form,further to the singing teaching has made a theoretical discussion; The third chapter mainly is theauthor of the investigation of the status quo of the singing teaching in Xintai region, including inXintai region social music education development condition, Xintai region social music traininginstitutions and teachers, the basic situation of the different age stage singing teaching aspects ofthe investigation and study; The fourth chapter puts forward Xintai region social music educationinstitutions in the problems existing in the teaching of singing, and analyzes the reasons of theexistence of problems; The fifth chapter mainly is aims at the problems found for reflection, andput forward corresponding countermeasures, for xintai area social music education play apromoting role in the development.
