In order to explore the features of emotional intelligence, coping style andinterpersonal relationship and the predictive power of the former two to the last one,this study adopts emotional intelligence scale, simplified coping style questionnaireand interpersonal relationship questionnaire as survey tools to research among600normal undergraduates in Kunming.The research results are as following:Among all these demographic variables, there are significant different emotionalperception between two kinds of nations and marginal significant different emotionalunderstanding among three kinds of grades.And there are significant different positive coping between two kinds of nationsand significant different negative coping in nation, school, gender, the educationexperience of father and hometown.And there are significant different earthly interpersonal relationship in gender,school, grade and hometown, and significant different virtual interpersonalrelationship in gender, school, grade, hometown and family income.There are significant positive correlation between earthly interpersonalrelationship and emotional perception, emotional management, emotionalunderstanding, emotional utilize, positive coping, negative coping, and betweenvirtual interpersonal relationship and emotional perception, emotional understanding,emotional utilize, positive coping, negative coping, and between positive coping andemotional perception, emotional management, emotional understanding, emotionalutilize, and between negative coping and emotional utilize.The structural equation modeling which set emotional intelligence asindependent variable, coping style as dependent variable and interpersonalrelationship as mediator has poor model fit.
