Interpersonal skills are basic survival ability for college students. Learning exchanges, establishing a good interpersonal relationship, is the necessary requirement of the healthy development of students. To help students to establish a good interpersonal relationship, it is the need of the development of higher education, and the required course for Contemporary College students. Many studies show that the improvement of group counseling on the interpersonal relationship of college students can bring obvious effects. College students themselves are peer age, owning experience with proximity, emotional resonance, mutual aid, intimacy, easy acceptance and other advantages, is the preferred object students’ talk. Therefore, through the form of peer group psychological counseling to improve college students’ interpersonal relationship is worth us to try.The purpose of this study is to explore the interventional effect of peer group psychological counseling on the interpersonal relationship of College students. In this study, there are three researches: one is to understand the current situation of College Students’ interpersonal relationship, and to provide a theoretical basis for the study of two, two and three of the study participants on screening; the second is to develop programs to peer group psychological counseling for the college students’ interpersonal relationship, and test its effect; the study of the third is to further verify the intervention effect on two design schemes of peer group psychological counseling on interpersonal relationship in College students.The results of this research are as follows:1.The total scores on the front and post test between talking trouble, communication harassment, interpersonal distress, heterosexual intercourse distress and interpersonal distress, the score differences of Peer counseling group have reached extremely significant level.2.The experimental intervention, peer counseling group, general activity group and blank group in the conversation, the way of getting along with people, communication trouble troubled, heterosexual contacts and interpersonal problems plagued scores can reach an extremely significant level. Multiple compared, peers counseling group intervention effect is better than that of general activity group and blank group.2.The scheme of College Students’ interpersonal relationship peer group psychological counseling designed in this study is effective: the improvement of peer group psychological counseling on interpersonal relations takes significant effect.3. The college students’ interpersonal relationship is good in general, 45.26% of the students are a certain degree of distress problem. The male and female had significant differences in treating people and heterosexual contact, College students in different grades are different in the conversation, the way of getting alone with people and total disturbance.The conclusion of this research are as follows: The scheme of College Students’ interpersonal relationship peer group psychological counseling designed in this study is effective: the improvement of peer group psychological counseling on interpersonal relations takes significant effect.
