Teaching Design Of Ancient Chinese Poems In Teaching Chinese As A Foreign Language

Teaching Chinese for oversea is teaching foreigners Chinese as their second language, similarly, teaching Chinese poems is a part of teaching Chinese for oversea. So, the second-language learners are the target group, the Chinese poems are the contents and the aim of teaching is to help students get better understand on Chinese. For ages, teachers consider that Chinese poems are reluctant to understand to those who learn Chinese as their second language. Therefore, there is less attention paid on teaching Chinese poems which just stay in image understanding and students’ vocabulary extending.As following, the writer analysis and contracts Chinese students’ purposes and meaning of learning Chinese poems to the second-language students, further more, designs teaching methods on students from different levels and tries to combines “Yi”, “Xing”, and “Shen” together.Chapter one is to analysis the general situation. The writer states the reasons why she chooses such kind of subject as her thesis and also clarifies the logic of the thesis as well.Chapter two is to investigate the level of students, There’s assuming that the aim of second-language learner is to master the target language by making the inter language closer to the target language. Based on this, the writer investigates students needs, except the way of traveling and short-time training.Chapter three is to design the teaching methods and which is divided into four parts; from the purpose of foreign language teaching, teaching difficulties,teaching objects, to teaching contents. Analysis from multiple angles, examine problems from multiple levels, combine the theory and practice together. The final purpose is to help students get learning progress.Chapter four is to feedback the teaching achievements on students’ study and the shortages on teachers’ plan.
