A Study On The Administrative Morality Of Civil Servants In Contemporary China And Its Countermeasures

"The Research on the Problems and Countermeasures of the Civil Servants Administrative Morality in Contemporary China" from the perspective of administrative ethics, this paper systemizes and analyzes the current situation of the construction of administrative morality in our country:Currently, our country is in a crucial period of rapid development of market economy, in which the reform of market economy keeps on deepening, the normalization of administrative system is being carried forward steadily, the modernization process also gradually presents a trend of diversification, and the country and the society are also changing dramatically in all aspects. However, there still exist a severe issue of administrative moral anomie in the administrative system of civil servants. Administrative morality is the norm that civil servants need to strictly abide by in executing fundamental rights and handling and solving public affairs, and therefore, we are in urgent need to find the countermeasures to solve the issue of civil servants’anomie of administrative moral.Based on such a social reality, and starting from the perspective of administrative ethics, and the points out the effective ways to improve the level of administrative moral construction in our country:to inherit and innovate the traditional Chinese culture of administrative morality, learn from the corresponding moral experience from foreign administrative agencies, and make efforts to improve the civil servants’ own administrative moral accomplishment, which aims at providing effective theoretical basis to the current construction of administrative morality in our country.The research thought of this paper is mainly starting from the perspective of administrative morality to summarize its basic principles and reveal the basic connotation and content of administrative morality, thus analyzing the current situation of civil servants’administrative morality in our country from ethical perspective, hoping to find out the reason of civil servants’ anomie of administrative moral, point out the effective path for the construction of civil servants’administrative morality and provide reference to the development of civil servants’ administrative moral construction in our country.
