At present, our country has entered the deep waters, the reform of key momentsin the period of social transition, and the public sphere and private sphere of social lifegradually, the concept of people let public power and private right is also growing.Due to the development of the socialist market economy faster and faster, so thedemand for government management increases. Administrative ethics is the role ofethics in public administration field, is to coordinate individuals, organizations andsocial relations as the core of the code of conduct and specifications. Administrativeethics supervision is carried out with the help of administrative ethics, administrativesubject supervision activities, its purpose is to urge the administrative subjectaccording to the requirements of the administrative ethics system in publicadministration. So, how to strengthen the ethical evaluation of administrative subject,and effectively use administrative ethical principles and practices of supervision overthe administrative subject, and constantly develop and perfect administrative ethicssupervision system, make it get better in social operation implementation, so as toimprove the ethics of administrative body, becomes the central task of this study.Proceed from the Angle of administrative ethics supervision, this paper expoundsthe relevant theories of administrative ethics supervision and research significance,and supervision over the administrative ethics system in many aspects of research, andthrough the progress of the current administrative ethics supervision system in ourcountry, analyzes the deficiency in the real life and the reasons, finally put forward toperfect this system, provides a new way of thinking of our administrative systemreform. This paper is divided into introduction and text: the introduction part mainlypresent paper research background, research purpose and significance, introduceddomestic and foreign in administrative ethic construction, especially theadministrative ethics supervision and research present situation, has been clear aboutthe research thinking and main method of this article. The text is divided into fourparts, the first part from the basic concept of administrative ethics and administrativeethics supervision, summarizes its characteristics; The second part focuses on twomajor theoretical basis for the administrative ethics supervision, the people’ssovereignty theory and marxist thought power, then discusses the practicalsignificance of the administrative ethics supervision; The third part analyzes theadministrative ethics supervision and lack of several kinds of the status quo, andanalyzes the reasons of the situation; Fourth part for the part of the present situation,proposed from two aspects of self-discipline and heteronomy and loss phenomenon ofthe administrative ethics supervision way. Hope through these efforts, further promotegood working of the administrative ethics mechanism, improve the actual effect ofadministrative ethics supervision, finally realizes the purpose and requirements of thegovernment administration according to law.
