With the increasingly heated “Chinese”, according to the newest announce from the information office of the ministry of education, it’s statistics that there are 377054 foreign students studying abroad from 203 countries and regions in 31 provinces, autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the central government of the 775 institutions of higher learning and scientific research institutes and other teaching institutions in 2014. Although they have different reasons to learn Chinese, their common goal of learning Chinese is to use Chinese for communication. There are many factors in the process of students in learning Chinese to hinder the research on the mastery of communication skills. For example: Chinese character learning, tone knowledge, listening skills training, etc. At the beginning of the factors of affecting students listening, including subjective factors and objective factors, the subjective factors base on the emotion, learning methods, the attitude of students and the learning language, the teaching methods of teachers; The objective factors base on the teaching materials, courses setting and the teaching medium. Through the factor analysis, this article finds some reasons, and then puts forward strategies.
