Modal particles is an important part of the system of function words,and it is an essential part in daily communication.Because of the complex usage of modal particles, and have no real purpose. The study of modal particles is remain developing. The classification of modal particle are not clear, some modal particles are failed to have a unified concept and function, so the study of modal particles is a difficulty task for foreign students, this paper chose three typical modal particles: "ba, ma, ne". This paper analysis the three modal particles, and chooses the Japanese students` errors from HSK dynamic composition corpus as particle primitive data, through the study of students` errors of using modal particles, finding out the cause of the errors and analysis the causes of errors, and sums up the types of errors, and finally puts forward the suggestions.
